The Problem We Saw
The neighborhood used to be the community. Neighbors knew each other by name, local shops were trusted institutions, and news traveled from door to door.
Today, most of us don't know our neighbors. We drive past local shops without noticing them. Community events pass us by. And municipal decisions are made without our input.
The neighborhood lost its role as a space for human connection.
The Moment That Changed Everything
We realized the problem isn't that people don't want to connect. The problem is that there's no digital space designed for the neighborhood level. Every existing platform is global or national. Nothing is built for the neighborhood.
